Staying on schedule is the greatest key performance indicator (KPI) for a successful project. The schedule starts with our first introduction and concludes (roughly 65 tasks later) with the Certificate of Occupancy. Since we work out of Procore, you’ll see the real-time updates as they happen.
How are we making sure the schedule moves forward? By using clear, assigned tasks! These tasks are visible in your project so you can see what team member, vendor, or perhaps yourself, ‘holds the baton’ for completing the tasks.
No need to search through emails for the latest version of files! Procore utilizes a cloud-based, secure document library. This feature prioritizes the current version by having a ‘check out’ feature – avoiding duplicate files with different updates.
