Schedule/Critical Path

Staying on schedule is the greatest key performance indicator (KPI) for a successful project. The schedule starts with our first introduction and concludes (roughly 65 tasks later) with the Certificate of Occupancy. Since we work out of Procore, you’ll see the real-time updates as they happen.

      • Critical Path items, the tasks that will affect the overall timeline of your project, are called out.
      • Observe how task dependencies can affect the timeline of your project
      • See the parallel processes in action!
    • Customized views enable you to view the schedule in a layout that works for you.
      • Want a broad overview? Like to dive into the details? The schedule view can be customized to your liking! The (typical) 9 fields can expand and collapse depending on the level of detail you prefer.

Tasks and Accountability

How are we making sure the schedule moves forward? By using clear, assigned tasks! These tasks are visible in your project so you can see what team member, vendor, or perhaps yourself, ‘holds the baton’ for completing the tasks.  

    • Assigned tasks give clarity and accountability to the assignee.
    • The task nomenclature will complement the schedule, giving you a clear idea of who is moving your project forward.  In this example, Tim will be updating the GC's schedule and getting them approved Millwork drawings. 

 

 

Document Library

No need to search through emails for the latest version of files! Procore utilizes a cloud-based, secure document library. This feature prioritizes the current version by having a ‘check out’ feature – avoiding duplicate files with different updates.

    • All your files will be stored on the platform, available in the app (Ios and Android) and browser versions.
    • Procore automatically prioritizes the most recent file version for accuracy.
    • Nomenclature will complement the schedule and tasks, making it easy to find the required documentation.

    • All relevant stakeholders will be documented and available via the file directory.
    • When you utilize Spark, we’ll be your first point of contact for most action items.
