OUR STORY
You could say we Sparked our own interest to make this happen.
Summary: We wanted better, but better didn't exist.
10 years before our origin, the core Spark team had, in a way, always worked together. We have always been inspired by each other's work and passion to give Franchisees the best experience possible; and give the Franchisor a trusted partner as their brand grows nationwide.
Throughout that time, we all shared another thing in common: we were frustrated that our work place was not treating our clients better. We wanted to truly be a partner and a resource for the long haul; creating valuable relationships and celebrating each new location with as much passion and vigor as the first.
So we took a nod from the Rebel Alliance and left to create our own team that stands for what is right. Since then, we have put in the time and the work to create a culture that revolves around growing both our Franchise Partners, Franchisees, and ourselves - a constant cycle of celebrating growth! Our tribal knowledge of the Franchise world, brought to life by living our Core Values makes our team your greatest asset as you expand your brand nationwide.
